This is Spanish Alabaster marble, made from pure natural material collected from nature. It is genuinely natural and shaped through cutting, not a faux Alabaster made from stone powder mixed with glue. Faux marble may emit a foul odor and can release harmful gases when exposed to heat from light bulbs over long periods, which is unhealthy.
We use pure natural Snowflake White Alabaster marble, and its patterns are naturally formed. It is difficult to find pieces with identical textures, but our factory will do its best to find Alabaster slabs with similar patterns for you. This way, when you purchase multiple pieces, they will look closely matched or even unified when installed in your home.
Alabaster marble slabs are brittle. While our slabs are thicker than average, we will optimize the packaging to minimize damage. However, if they encounter rough handling during shipping, we can't guarantee they won't break. If that happens, please contact us immediately, send us pictures, and let us know about the situation with the carrier. We will provide you with replacement Alabaster marble pieces at no charge.
