By placing an order through Lights Union, you agree to the terms below. These policies ensure you are fully aware of our return and refund procedures and apply to orders shipped to the United States and other countries.
A. 30-Day Return Policy
1. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.2. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
B. Return Process

3. Inspection at our warehouse may take 1–7 business days.
4. After approval, a replacement will be sent or a full refund issued.

D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Defective Products:1. Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if defective, damaged, or incorrect.
